Exam prep for every licence, in every language
Licento prepares people for high-stakes licensing exams: the hunting licence, the boat licence, the drone certificate, the driving theory test. It started in Belgium, in Dutch and French, and it is built for any country and any language.
Why it exists
Licensing exams test the law, often word for word, and the study material is usually a thick book and a pile of old questions. Licento turns the syllabus into a plan to your exam date, one fact at a time, and checks every fact against its source.
How it is sold
One exam, paid once, yours for good. A subscription only if you want one, and no employer seats: Licento is for the person sitting the exam.
The people
Vincent StevensMr Pull RequestIf something changed in Licento this week, chances are he proposed it, reviewed it, or both — more than seven thousand commits and counting. He holds that every fact deserves a source and every change a pull request, ideally before breakfast.
Matthias StevensMr Rocket ScienceThe man who keeps insisting nothing is rocket science: not hunting law, not boat licences, not drone rules, once someone lays them out one fact at a time. Twenty-five years of building for the web taught him to marry pixel-perfect design with lean, mean code.
Our sites for one exam
Some exams have a site of their own, with everything around the exam. Their practice is Licento.
