Questions about paying
- Can I get a refund? Not once your access has opened, unless what we deliver does not match what we described.
- Does my purchase expire? No. You buy an exam once, and your access does not expire.
- How do I cancel Premium? On licento.com, open Premium in your account and choose «Manage your subscription»: you cancel there and keep Premium to the end of what you paid for.
- Why does the App Store price differ?Apple sets App Store prices in fixed steps, so the app charges the step nearest our website price, which is not always exactly the same.
