You delete it yourself: in the app, in Me at the very bottom, «Delete account», or on licento.com in your account.
You are asked first, and told what is removed. In the app you confirm with your password; on the website your last sign-in must be less than 10 minutes old. Either way it needs a connection.
Erased at once: your answers, your progress and your mock exams for every exam, your devices, your password and your e-mail address. You are signed out on every device. This cannot be undone.
Kept: your purchases and the terms you accepted with them, which the law requires us to keep for accounting. Paid access that is still running ends with the account, without a refund.
If you cannot do it yourself, write to us from the e-mail address of your account.
