In your account on licento.com, open the exam under «Your exams», choose «Didn't pass» and give the date of your next sitting. The app, in Me under «Exam date», points you there.
This is not the end of your preparation. Your answers, your progress and your weak points are kept, and everything is rescheduled around the new date.
You do not need to buy the exam again: a purchase does not expire. Lessons, practice and mock exams need Premium, so if the Premium that came with your purchase has ended, you can subscribe in your account.
