Can I get a refund?

Not once your access has opened, unless what we deliver does not match what we described.

For a purchase made at a distance you normally have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content the law lets you give that right up when you ask for access to start immediately. On licento.com you do that with a separate box at purchase, which is not ticked in advance; without it the purchase does not go through. We confirm what you accepted by e-mail.

If the content does not match what we described, or the service stays unavailable for a long time, write to us. You keep the remedies the law gives you: putting it right, a lower price, or ending the contract if the defect is not minor.

Bought in the App Store? Apple took that payment, so a refund is asked of Apple. If Apple refunds it, your access to that exam ends, together with the Premium it came with.

Deleting your account does not give a refund: paid access that is still running ends with the account.
