Ask in your account, under Settings › Your data, or from the e-mail address of your account, and we e-mail you a copy as one file.
Ask on licento.com, signed in to your account, under Settings › Your data; or write to us from your account's e-mail address. We act only on a request made from your account or sent from that address, and we send the copy to that same address and to no other.
Your address must be confirmed first. If your account's settings say it has not been confirmed yet, send the confirmation e-mail again from there.
We reply within one month. If a request is complex, or we receive many at once, we may take up to two months more; we then tell you so, and why, within the first month. The copy never holds your password or a link we sent you.
